Oh no. We know plenty about wild fires around here (we call them bush fires) because Blue Mountains towns are in the midst of highly flamable eucalpt forest. I hope you are a safe distance from the fires, it is an anxious time when they get close.
The log fire is not enough to heat the house and I have just received my winter gas bill for the central heating ... it's a big one. Now there is a little of my envy going north.
