Glorious rain

These are pear petals that have fallen into container now with an inch of water because we have had a wonderful couple of days of rain.

Reflection:
Proverbs 16:14-15 The Message (MSG)
"An intemperate leader wreaks havoc in lives;
you’re smart to stay clear of someone like that.
Good-tempered leaders invigorate lives;
they’re like spring rain and sunshine."

    1. I occasionally find blue feathers and pick them up to use as bookmarks. Come to think of it I never find red ones. Must be because they are on a different part of their body.

  2. What a beautiful shot! The translucent petals look like clear tiny seashells.

    1. I was fascinated by the translucent petals too. I didn't really notice how lovely they were until I was looking at the photograph ... tiny seashells, what a lovely way to describe them.
