Grasses

@ the road between Mudgee and Lue

The drive to Mudgee is always lovely, at the moment enhanced by summer grasses and wildflowers.

Reflection:
Isaiah 40:8 New International Version (NIV)
"The grass withers and the flowers fall,
but the word of our God endures forever.”

    1. I understand that your part of qld is still thirsty for rain. I hope you get some soon to green up your patch too.

  3. Gosh your country side looks a lot greener than ours Joan Elizabeth, wondering if even though you've had hotter temps maybe you've had more rain?

    1. Yes we have had lots of rain recently as well as hot weather. Is making the grass grow at an amazing rate.

    1. I have been to Canada on the east and west coasts but not the Prairie in the middle. I thought the prairie might be bigger and flatter like the country further west of here.

  5. This is so pretty. Like others, this landscape looks familiar to me but it looks to me like California open space.
