Green

Today I am participating in the City Daily Photo theme day which this month is the colour green.  After a hot summer the green hillsides are drying off but I could still find green in the parks and gardens.

Beside the Cudgegong River in Mudgee there is a lovely sculpture park.   This one titled Leaf Tree by Henryk Toponicki seemed like a good choice for today.

    1. Teal is my favourite colour but green is up there. My office spaces are always painted green because it is such a calming colour.

  2. That is a lovely photo. We have lots of parks here in Toowoomba and they are always green and a nice place to visit when the drought is so bad. I presume the Council waters with bore water.

    1. I guess they use bore water, or they water within allowed hours. I love the lush lawns they have in parks but never have anything like that in my own gardens.

    1. Yes it is like a leaf. I was amused by the dead plant mirroring the colour of the sculpture.
