Kandos Rotunda
This rotunda at the entry to Kandos - made of cement of course - is a lovely feature.  I think it is a long time since a band played here.

    I love to see Rotundas in Parks. They used to be such a feature. I wonder if they still build them?

      I am not sure, but people certainly build gazebos in their back yards. Which I guess is a similar structure.

    I've only come across Rotundas in European cities. This one is very pretty.

      I think rotundas/Gazebo/Bandstands are quite common in older public gardens.

    It's a nice structure and appears to be in good condition. I can imagine hearing a string quartet play here.

      I think this is more of a brass band town than a string quartet ... at least at the time this rotunda was in use.
