Blues
Spring has arrived and there is a lot blue-purple stuff going on in the garden at Rose Orchard Haus.
I am feeling sad for the people of Melbourne, their roadmap to COVID-normal announced today is nothing short of depressing. They are in my prayers, especially family members living through this.
Beautiful colors, please keep it coming, Autumn is about to arrive here. 13C only, at least now sunny. COVID, or, as we say "Corinna" (false autocorrect on Whats App) seems to "vanish" a bit. Crazy times.
Gorgeous blue-purple stuff going on there Joan Elizabeth 💜 I feel so bad for Victorians also but couldn't believe with just a week to go so many protestors went out in large groups like that ✨
I agree that mass protests are dumb given all the pain people have gone through. But how can people protest against the unreal restrictions now imposed on them?
Some of my favorite colors and flowers. They're very soothing to look at. Everyone is joking about getting 2020 over with and all that has gone wrong. I'm beginning to worry that 2021 may not be much better at this rate.
I think you might be right about 2021. Even if we get on top of the virus there is a lot of business fall out still to happen which of course affects the livelihoods of many people.
I love all blue flowers, but especially the bluebells. But I do find it hard to get a good photograph of them, probably because it entails getting down to their height and I just can't manage that at the moment!
Beautiful blue flowers and thanks for your prayers for those living in Melbourne. My daughter was so disappointed with the new restrictions. She was hoping to get away to their country shack but no they still can't travel out of Melbourne.

ReplyDeleteSun always makes the coolest days seem happier. Glad Corinna is being better behaved.

DeleteLovely colours there, Joan. Soothes the eyes.
ReplyDeleteSoothes the heart too.
DeleteLovely images, especially the third.
ReplyDeleteI have a whole patch of those irises but no matter how hard I tried could not get a good image of them.

ReplyDeleteMost of these were taken from above because I too don’t like getting down much.

ReplyDeleteIt seems our happy country is being shattered as the politics got even worse this week. Praying hard.
