Muddled

I have been gone for quite a while because my life has been a bit of a muddle lately.  I am still figuring out the rhythm of things now we have the home unit in Penrith.  I am also debating whether I want to continue with social media.

We decided to take a break from it all and escape to Kiama for a couple of days.

  1. How relaxing is that view? I hope the ebb and flow of the waves calmed your 'muddled' feelings.

    1. The ebb and flow was a real tonic.

  2. It is hard to adjust to a new abode. Luckily we stayed in our area and so not too difficult to adjust. After a year it felt like home again. Beautiful shot. Kiama is lovely. Don't leave us.

    1. We still have our primary abode in Kandos. I don't expect our unit in Penrith to be particularly homely -- just a landing pad in the city for medical appointments and such, and when I have a hankering for some city buzz when the country has become too quiet. I will hang in a for a while longer with the blog.

  3. I'd like it if you can continue but I guess I'd you've lost the motivation then it can be difficult to get it back. I hope you do.

  4. I wondered where you had gone. Glad you've come back. Kiama is beautiful. I love being by the sea. We once had an on-site van at Easts Beach, Kiama. Love that area.

    1. We have often camped at Easts Beach in our caravan. It's a lovely spot. Getting the van out on the road is a bit more problematic these days (since hubby can't currently drive and I refuse to tow the van). Perhaps in the future.
